The room was beautifully decorated with a view of the water, and I appreciated the free WiFi; the service was outstanding, and I had a fantastic night here.

Extremely helpful stuff, quick check in. Brand-new and spotless room, with a couch, a pull out couch, and a balcony.

The hotel is of high quality, with very friendly staff and extremely comfortable beds.

Excellent service, although a few employees were not so helpful. We had a very good breakfast with the coffee machine, a great view and hot dishes, could find something for everyone.

The location was great, only a 10-15 minute walk from Plan. the room was fantastic and stylish, complete with air conditioning, a living area, and free WiFi. - the staff were exceptionally nice and pleasant, from start to finish.

A gym area and a fitness centre were right on spot. The room was amazingly comfortable and upscale and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and particularly nice, with variety of goodies. Liked the location on a beautiful lake.

No help with luggage on arrival and departure;corridor and room was smelly, carpet dirty, stained. No spare pillows; no tea-maker;bathroom tiny; soundproofing from all directions terrible; breakfast, internet in room and covered parking all extra to an already high price of sfr295. Complaint got no response from manager other than that they waived the charge for breakfast. Not deserving of 4 stars.

The hotel was really nice, clean and modern. The price is just high but on other side that´s Switzerland.Location was excellent near to lake and very close to odl town.

The location of the hotel and the room if you have one overlooking the lake are both excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant left a lot to be desired. This is our fourth stay at the hotel and on each occasion the service has been very poor and the food disappointing. We have stopped having breakfast there and there are plenty of restaurants in Neuchatel. It is such a pity that the hotel lets itself down on this count.

This hotel is in a superb position right on the lake and my room had a spectacular view. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - would definitely recommend.

The only slight niggle was the rather indifferent attitude of the restaurant staff, but it did not spoil my stay!

I stayed for 1 day and didn't want to leave. I would come there again. the hotel was impeccably clean. - the location was excellent and unbeatable, right next door to the lake and the town, as well as the center of the old town. - the staff was responsive and attentive to every request. - the room was fashionable and brand-new with a comfy bed.

The view from the room directly on the lake of Neuchâtel and the mountains behind was very nice (be cannot be a criteria to chose the hotel in case it is a rainy day...).

We booked a double room, specifically with a parking. When we arrived, the parking was completely full and we were asked to leave our car behind all the other cars in the tiny garage and leave our key to the reception so they could move our car each time someone would move his car! Which of course we refused, so we had to pay to leave the car in an expensive public car park. The next morning we received the most unprofessional answers possible from the staff: even if we booked the parking it didn't mean that we would necessarily receive one (what?! So in the same logic if I book a room, I may not get one when I arrive?!!!); and also that we should "appreciate the present" that we booked the room at a special price (should I be thankful that this hotel is putting deals on Booked.net to have at least a few people staying at their hotel?!). Regarding the bedroom, it is nice but it would deserve a few renovation, specially in the bathroom. The bed was also not the most comfortable. The breakfast is overpriced, even for Switzerland. Overall, this hotel certainly does not deserve its 4 stars!
